You can sign in to YakChat using different methods. Follow the steps for your preferred option.

Sign In with Microsoft

1. Open the YakChat messaging app.
2. Click Continue with Microsoft.
3. Enter your Microsoft email address and password.
4. Click Sign In.

Note: If you are using YakChat inside Microsoft Teams, YakChat will login automatically via Single Sign-on using your Microsoft credentials.

Sign In with Webex

1. Open the YakChat messaging app.
2. Click Continue with Webex.
3. Enter your Webex email address and password.
4. Click Sign In.

Note: If you are using the YakChat embedded app within Cisco Webex, YakChat will login automatically via Single Sign-on using your Webex credentials. For this to work, please enable Webex SSO integration in the Admin Portal.

Sign In with Google

1. Open the YakChat messaging app.
2. Click Continue with Other Options.
3. At the bottom of the sign-in screen, click Sign in with Google.
4. Select or enter your Google account.
5. Follow the prompts to sign in.

Sign In with Email and Password

1. Open the YakChat messaging app.
2. Click Continue with Other Options.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Enter your password.
5. Click Sign In.

Note: If it’s your first time signing in, you will need to create an account first by clicking the "No account? Create one" option. You will then need to verify your account with a code that will be sent to your email.
