Follow these steps to add the YakChat bot to a Webex space.

YakChat can be added to an existing Webex space or a newly created one. If you already have an existing space in Webex, you can proceed to Step 2.

Step 1: Open Webex

1. Launch the Webex application on your computer.

Step 2: Search for YakChat Bot

1. Go to the search bar at the top of the Webex window.
2. Type: yakchat@webex.bot and press Enter.
3. Locate the YakChat bot in the search results.

Step 3: Add YakChat to Your Space

1. Click on the YakChat avatar from the list.
2. Add the bot to your Webex spaces.

Step 4: Sign In to YakChat

1. Send a message to the bot saying signin.
2. You will receive a prompt to authenticate using your Webex account credentials.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the sign-in process.

Step 5: Add YakChat to Favorites (Optional)

1. Right-click on the Webex space containing YakChat.
2. Select Add to Favourites so the bot appears at the top of your space list.

Once finished, you can now use YakChat directly within Webex for streamlined communication.
