Enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for Webex to allow users to automatically sign in to the YakChat Embedded App using their existing Webex credentials. This integration provides a seamless login experience and reduces login-related support requests.
When Webex SSO is enabled, users accessing the YakChat Embedded App are automatically authenticated through Webex, eliminating the need to enter separate YakChat credentials.

Ensure the following before enabling Webex SSO:
The Webex Embedded App ID is required as the Audience value in YakChat.
Step 1: Retrieve the Embedded App ID
This Embedded App ID serves as the Audience value used in the Webex SSO configuration.
Parent Companies
The Audience value is then inherited by descendant companies.
Child Companies
Even when the Audience value is inherited, Webex SSO must be enabled individually for each child company.
No separate YakChat login is required.
In this mode, users authenticate directly with YakChat instead of Webex.
Although the Audience value is inherited from the parent company, each child company must enable Webex SSO individually.
When Webex SSO is enabled, switching between YakChat accounts is not supported. Authentication is managed through the active Webex session.
