How to Enable Campaigns and Assign Campaign Users in YakChat

Campaigns allow users to send targeted messages to large groups of contacts from a single, centralized workflow. Users can create audience segments using contact lists and filters, personalize content with dynamic fields, schedule deliveries, and track campaign performance. This feature is designed for large-scale communications across supported channels and provides visibility into delivery status, engagement, and results.

This article explains how to enable YakChat Campaigns in your plan and assign the Campaign User role to individual users or multiple users in bulk.
