1. New contact management: A new, improved contact handling experience has been implemented, supporting multiple contact sources, introducing group tags, and more. To know more about this feature please click here.
   
2. New message flow: A new, intuitive and easy-to-use message flow has been implemented including the ability to search and add recipients by name or number, and even a whole group tag. 
   
3. New contact panel: The right-side panel in the messaging app has been redesigned to bring a better user experience and to show new contact information, including contact notes, group tags, etc. 
   
4. Out-of-Office replies: Messaging App users can now configure an Out-of-office message for their Inbox. An informational banner will be shown when the out-of-office configuration is active.
   
5. Tychron integration: we ​are now able to send and receive SMS and MMS via Tychron messaging API. 
6. Informational banners: we are adding informational banners in several situations to keep users informed and help them use YakChat to its maximum benefit.
   
1. Credit banner: A banner will be displayed to make users aware when there are low on or out of credit. 
   
2. Free trial banner: A banner will be displayed to warn users when the free trial period is about to end and when it has ended.  
   

Retiring version 2.0.x 

1. Automatic migration: Customers currently on the 2.0.x manifest will be automatically migrated to our latest application and bot. However, you will receive an in-app warning prompting to update to the latest manifest version. This version will no longer be supported by YakChat so ensure the latest manifest is used before raising any support enquiries.
   
2. Bot reconnection: If you are using shared inboxes, you’ll need to greet the new bot and reconnect it with their channel to resume receiving bot notifications.
