This guide explains how to enable a text message to be sent from any web-based business system (e.g. CRM, Recruitment, Healthcare systems).

What does it do?

    1. Users can install an extension to Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome to provide the functionality. They will be able to open the YakChat window at any time by clicking on the extension or sidebar icon
    2. Users can open the YakChat app pop-up or sidebar window at any time to view recent conversations and use YakChat in the normal way, whilst still viewing their web-based business system.
    3. Users can easily select a number, which will open a new message window in the YakChat app with the number added, so that they can simply type their message and send without having to add the number.
    4. Users can hover over the phone number that opens YakChat. Clicking the YakChat icon that appears or highlighting the number and right-clicking to select to send a text.
