Send Out of Office Auto Reply

Overview

"Out of Office"  or OOO in other terms is typically an automatic message response feature used in email systems. This feature is perfect if you will be out of office for certain period of time. Now it is available in YakChat application for SMS messaging. When enabled, it informs anyone who sends you an SMS that you are currently unavailable to respond immediately. 


How to setup Out of Office auto reply

1. Click on the dropdown arrow beside Chats or Contacts
2. Click your name and select Settings
3. Under Settings, select to Out of office
4. Select the Inbox you want to set up Out of office auto reply
5. Enable out of office replies by clicking the toggle
6. In the Text Message bar, compose your OOO or Out of Office message
Note: You may set to send the Out of Office message during a specific time period by clicking the checking  the checkmark on Send replies during a specific time period and then set the Start Date and time as well as the End Date and time.
7. Click Save reply
