Stay ahead of your communication needs with Scheduled Messages. This feature lets you write a message now and choose exactly when you want it to be sent—whether it's in a few hours or days later. It's perfect for planning messages across time zones, managing busy schedules, or ensuring timely follow-ups.
Using this feature you can:
Schedule a message to be sent at a specific date and time in the future
Easily edit or delete a scheduled message if plans change

How to Schedule a Message
To schedule a message to be sent at a later time in the future, follow these steps:
- Draft a new message
- Click the Schedule message icon
(the far-left icon in the text editor toolbar)
- In the pop-up window, select the date and time when you would like the message to be sent
- Press Continue
- You’ll see a preview showing when the message is scheduled. Click it if you need to change the time.
- In the edit text box you can continue or click on the message above your text to change the schedule time.
- When you're ready, click Send

- Your scheduled message will appear in the conversation room with a timestamp showing when it will be sent
Note: Messages can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance.
If you need to send a scheduled message right away, follow these steps:
- Find the scheduled message in the chat room.
- Hover over the message and click the Settings icon

- From the menu that appears, select Send now.
- The message will be sent immediately, overriding the originally scheduled time.
