Scheduled Messages

Overview

Stay ahead of your communication needs with Scheduled Messages. This feature lets you write a message now and choose exactly when you want it to be sent—whether it's in a few hours or days later. It's perfect for planning messages across time zones, managing busy schedules, or ensuring timely follow-ups.

Using this feature you can:
  1. Schedule a message to be sent at a specific date and time in the future
  2. Easily delete a scheduled message if plans change

How to Schedule a Message

To schedule a message to be sent at a later time in the future, follow these steps:
  1. Start a new message 
  2. Click the "Schedule message" icon (the far-left icon in the text editor toolbar)
  3. In the pop-up window, select the date and time when you would like the message to be sent
  4. Press Continue 
  5. You’ll see a preview showing when the message is scheduled. Click it if you need to change the time.
  6. In the edit text box you can continue or click on the message above your text to change the schedule time. 
  7. When you're ready, click Send 
  8. Your scheduled message will appear in the conversation room with a timestamp showing when it will be sent
NotesNote: Messages can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance.


How to Delete a Scheduled Message

To delete a previously scheduled message, follow these steps:
  1. Locate the scheduled message in your chat
  2. Hover over the message and click the "Trash" icon
  3. Confirm by clicking Delete in the pop-up window
  4. The message will be deleted and permanently removed from the schedule
