Managing Settings
Overview
This article will guide you how to manage the settings.
View Settings
To view the settings for YakChat, go to the Messages/contacts pull down, click your user avatar, and select Settings.
When you are in the Settings menu there are three tabs with changes that can be made; General, Messages, Contacts.
General settings
Under the General tab the first section shows Your Details. This information can be changed on the Admin Portal by administrators. You will also be able to see the Credit for your user.
The Theme can be changed here, there are two option Light which can be seen above and Dark which can be seen below.
Messages settings
The Messages setting tab allows the user to choose a default inbox. This will be the inbox that will show by default in Messages.
Contacts settings
The Contacts tab in settings allow you to choose a default contact book. .
