Managing Spaces in Webex

Overview

This article guides you on how you can manage spaces within Webex.
Notifications cannot be provided for hidden spaces.  If a space is accidentally hidden simply unhide the space and then leave it because notifications can only be sent to visible spaces or spaces that have been left. 

Edit a Space Settings

You can change the following spaces Settings:
  1. Space picture by clicking the round icon with the first letter of the space name, by uploading a picture for the space
  2. Space name and the icon letter changes too.
  3. Add a cover image to the space, to add a personal touch.



Leave a Space

To reduce the number of spaces displayed you can leave a space knowing that if a new text message is received from the same number, the space will re-appear and you will be notified of the new message.  Do not hide a space because bot is unable to provide a notification to a hidden space when a new text message is received.
