How to clear Webex cache

Introduction

Clearing the cache maybe required when switching between users in the Webex client application. This article describes how to clear the Webex Client cache on Windows.


Clearing Webex Client Cache

1. The cache in the Webex client can be cleared using the following steps 
2. Sign out of and close the Webex client.
3. Open the Task Manager by holding Ctrl + Alt + Del on your keyboard.
4. Click More details. 
5. On the Processes tab, right-click Webex and select End Task.
6. Right-click on the Windows Start button and click Run or press Windows Logo  + R
7. Enter the command below
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local
8. Press Enter
9. Locate the CiscoSpark folder. Delete all contents of the folder.
10. Launch Webex
