YakChat's Contact Management feature helps you store and organize your contacts better. It serves as a modern version of a phone book, allowing users to easily access and retrieve contact information. Contact Management includes additional features such as the ability to categorize contacts, set group tags, and add notes. In our latest update, the contacts experience and user interface has been improved to make it more intuitive, flexible, and aligned with how you manage communication. As a result:
- Contact organization is more practical, reflecting real user needs and team structures.
- You’ll spend less time searching and managing contacts—and more time messaging the right people.
- The layout and import flow help you maintain a well-structured contact list with less effort.
- You’re free to have multiple contacts with the same number across different contact types
